The file aspauthor2004_2 contains a full set of instructions for
preparing your manuscript. These instructions explain, step by step,
how to prepare your article using the ASP Conference Series style file
(asp2004.sty). Please follow these instructions carefully.
Note that you will receive after August 6 an email with the questions that were directed to you at the end of your
presentation. Please incorporate the questions and your answers into
your manuscript in accord with the instructions in aspauthor2004_2.
(You should already have received an email with the questions that you asked of other speakers. If you did not
receive such an email, this means we have no record of your questions. If you wish them included in the proceedings,
send the questions, and the names of the speakers to whom they were directed, to
tgb@astro.as.utexas.edu before August 6.)

Page Limits
Invited papers: 14 pages
Poster papers: 4 pages
These limits are derived from ASP requirements based on the number of participants in the symposium.
You are free to submit a shorter manuscript, but it is important to submit an even number of pages.
Manuscript deadline
In order to meet our contractual deadline with ASP, the deadline for
receipt of your manuscript is: 2004 September 15 (September 16 is Too
Late!)
How to Submit the LaTeX file
1) You may upload your LaTeX text file here:
2) Or, you may email your LaTeX text file to Tom Barnes:
tgb@astro.as.utexas.edu
We strongly encourage you to send us a Postscript version of your
manuscript as well as the LaTeX version. The .ps version will permit us to
verify that our .tex compiler has properly rendered your paper.
Also, please email to us the participants.tex template after
completing it.
If you have any questions about the proceedings, please ask
us.
We look forward to an excellent publication from the symposium.
Best wishes,
Tom Barnes and Frank Bash
